Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All website orders are shipped within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your order and payment. Once an item is marked shipped, NSAA Creations is no longer responsible for the order. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as NSAA Creations is not responsible for mis-delivered orders. NSAA Creations is not responsible for orders lost in transit.

Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided confirming your order. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a second email with shipping information. We will ship depending on your choice of shipping at checkout. Please allow a few weeks for Priority Mail shipping if you reside outside the US due to possible customs delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with the fit of an item you purchase, we accept returns (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn (this includes residues and scents i.e. make-up, deodorant, smoke, perfume) and has the hang-tag originally attached. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.

All returns must be approved prior to returning.

To start the return process please email us for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only clean, unworn items will be accepted for returns within 14 days of the date item was delivered to you. 

Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or gift card. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

A gift card will be issued if the approved return is received beyond 30 days from the customer's receipt of the item. You may also request a gift card, via email, for your return.

We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee if the number of returned items becomes excessive.
